I need someone to design a Website for my guild
Guild Name: Insanity at its Finest [Epic]
Our Cape is black and white
White: The Draconic Eye type thing
Black: The Rest of the cape
Type of Cape:Wake of fire from bottom with three points at bottom so it looks like this, but horizontal

The Fire on the cape is White along with the emblem.

Dude, you need a screenshot of your cape because otherwise we have no idea what you're cape looks like, and can't edit into the background or something. And btw, if you're asking for a good website, you're not going to get any attention unless you throw in 30k at the barest minimum imo.
